I'm considering doing postcards from the Moulin Rouge as part of my postcard from the edge brief... I liked this idea as it could be quite colourful as well as being edgy (for it's time)... I looked at a few Toulouse Lautrec images from the Moulin Rouge, but I think I want to make mine look more dramatic and theatrical, more like the costumes and overall style of the film
However, really I'm still considering different themes for the postcards... I quite like the idea of postcards from: A pirate ship, beyond the grave (graveyards, skulls etc) or just some kind of 1950's american hot rod racing sort of place.... route 66 maybe... but that's not particularly edgy... hmmmm
