After visiting Leeds Art Gallery's "Cult Fiction" exhibition a while ago, I discovered an artist called Travis Millard... I looked him up on t'internet and found that he has a website... www.fudgefactorycomics.com. After sitting and looking through literally every page (it's addictive), I found these images particularly memorable. I liked them partially because they are witty, partially because they are amazing pieces of illustration and partially because I felt that they related to my packaging project as I also used "ingredients" like these that were more sort of concepts than actual things involved in the making of the product. Furthermore, I think the use of various tones of ink work well... they add a sense of depth without overcomplicating this comic-book style
